This morning I've been listening to a Michael Pollan interview, where he talks about one of my favourite topics; food. Michael Pollan talks about the history, politics, economics and culture of food, making for an informative listen which explains why we eat the type of food we have available to us today.
It's fascinating to delve into how foods we take for granted today have been shaped over time due to politics, economics and culture.
